We are a Canadian company, devoted to fighting climate change and facilitating the decarbonization and elimination of greenhouse gas emissions in farming and other sectors. In particular, FuelPositive’s onsite, containerized Green Ammonia production system will transform farming, giving farmers supply (nitrogen fertilizer and fuel) and energy independence while boosting food security.

We are focused on farmers who grow crops to feed people, rather than animals, in order to maximize our impact on helping to feed a growing world.

Made from air, water and sustainable electricity, Green Ammonia is100% carbon-free, which will significantly reduce the carbon footprint of farming.

FuelPositive’s decentralized model means that farmers will produce their nitrogen fertilizer on their own farms, no longer relying on a heavily polluting industry and failing supply chains for their largest annual expenditure.

The global fertilizer crisis will no longer threaten food security, as farmers will be able to apply nitrogen fertilizer in the right amount, at the right time, in the most sustainable way, at a stable price, year after year, decade after decade.

Having Green Ammonia freely available on farm will also allow for its use as a carbon-free fossil fuel replacement to power grain drying systems and all of the internal combustion engines used on the farm, including tractors, combines and generators. Using Green Ammonia as fuel will eliminate the pollution associated with fossil fuels, such as propane and diesel, and cut another one of the highest expenditures and carbon-emitters for farmers.

Additionally, the FuelPositive team is conducting research with its agriculture advisors to identify the most effective practices to reduce nitrous oxide emissions associated with nitrogen fertilizers.

It is also exploring the role its Green Ammonia production systems can play in the Controlled Environment Agriculture sector.
